The Role:
• Conduct site visits with prospective business providers in the event planning.
• Knowledgeable about Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of MS Office
• Professional Knowledge in using cameras and photo shooting.
• Prepare and issue proposal, negotiate the business as well as issuing contracts for providers.
• Schedule and organize meetings with business providers in the event planning.
• Answers prospective client calls, emails, and regularly checks requesting listings.
• Establish relationships with clients in an effort to meet and exceed annual Sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business providers in the event planning.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with business providers in the event planning. via email and phone.
• Attend weekly meetings to update managers on all upcoming special events and others.
• Troubleshoot event and operational obstacles and resolve in a timely, professional manner while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Consistently work to exceed business provider's expectations by proactively anticipating their needs.
• Able to commute between Abu Dhabi and Dubai on weekly basis.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Establish and maintain consistent communication with clients via email and telephone; Respond to all clients within 24 hours of contact.
• Able to work under pressure.
• driving license is an advantage.

To move into this position, you should have: -

Understanding the various types of Events that take place in the UAE and their providers in the event planning.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling Events, Special Occasions from A to Z.
Good command of the English & Arabic languages.
Strong presentation and Organizational Skills
Relationship orientated.
Self-motivating.
Positive thinker.
Currently living in the UAE.
Valid UAE Residency Visa is preferable.
